Tracy Lampman
DMA, BATD, PAA, NADE

Owner/Director

Tracy Lampman has been in the dance industry for over 40 years. and has grown up in the competitive dance world as a dancer, teacher, and choreographer.  She has extensive training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Modern and Lyrical and has studied with the finest teachers and institutions in Canada and the USA.  

 

During that time Tracy became a certified dance teacher with the Canadian Dance Masters of America, Chapter 38 and The British Association of Teachers of Dance and has completed all her Ballet exams finishing with her Advanced 1 exam with the Royal Academy of Dance.  Tracy has also completed online training with the National Academy of Dance Education and is a member of Dance Ontario.  Tracy continued her dance education by completing the Professional Adjudicators Alliance program and is now working on obtaining her Progressive Ballet Technique certification.

 

She has taught all ages of recreational and competitive dancers across Ontario and has won numerous awards and titles across Canada and the United States for her dancing and her choreography.   Some of the outstanding awards include Top Studio Award, Studio Spirit Awards, Top Marks of the Competition Awards, Choreography Awards, Costume Awards and Overall Winner Awards are just to name a few of Tracy’s teaching and choreography accomplishments.  Tracy has completed the PAA seminar and has added adjudicating dance to her list of accomplishments. 

 

Some of Tracy's students have gone on to have professional careers in the dance industry. Some have gone on to teach at award winning studios and others have taken the big step and opened their own studios.  Blake McGrath from "So You Think You Can Dance" and Tina Pereira, Principle Dancer with the National Ballet of Canada began their dance training with Tracy.

 

Tracy graduated from Cawthra Park School of the Arts majoring in Dance and from there went on to be a Dancer with the Mississauga City Dance Company and Canada's Wonderland.

 

Tracy has a passion for dance, a love for children and enjoys teaching this wonderful art form.

Vik Mudge
Competitive & Recreational Instructor/Choreographer

Vik has been performing for 13 years, getting a dance start at Expressions Dance Company at the age of seven and was a member on their competitive dance team.

This is where Vik found a passion for Tap and Hip-Hop, which turned into an all around love of dance that would lead Vik to dance competitively, with a hip-hop crew at Brock University and all the way to performing in musicals across Southern Ontario. 

With performance credits including Footloose, Rent, Chicago, the Addams Family and technical credits including Mamma Mia, Legally Blonde, Sister Act and more.

Vik prides ones self on passing on the knowledge and professionalism that they cultivated onto each and every one of their students.  At the age of 17, Vik was encouraged to pursue teaching dance, and hasn’t looked back since. 

After starting junior jazz dance programs at Garden City Productions, Vik is so excited to be working in a dance studio again!

Vik is thrilled to be an instructor with the Dancesations family and to be able to share their passion with each and every student!

Emily Hergott
Competitive & Recreational Instructor/Choreographer

Emily found her passion for dance at the age of 2 and has been training in, Jazz, Ballet (RAD), Progressive Ballet Technique, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap, Musical Theatre, Acrobatics, and gymnastics ever since.

Emily pursues a degree in Therapeutic Recreation at Brock University, in hopes to some day create a dance program for children with disabilities. She is dedicated to finding a space for everyone in dance. She believes dance is more than just a sport, it is an art, a tool, and a therapy. 

Throughout her fourteen years of competing, she has won many awards and scholarships at conventions, workshops, and preprofessional dance teams around the world. Emily has trained with artists such as Blake McGrath, Ian Eastwood, Stephen Boss also known as “tWitch” from The Ellen Show, his wife Allison Holker, Stacey Tookey, the Nappytabs duo, and more. Emily has a background in dance, and theatre, and has been able to indulge in some amazing opportunities such as audition in modelling, acting, and dance at the Canadian Modeling and Talent Convention, where she competed in in front of a panel of judges made up by representatives from the top 70 entertainment agencies around the world. She’s received offers to preform for the New York City Entertainment group, preform as a back up dancer in music videos for world famous artists and preform in many live theatre productions through the Royal City Musical Productions. 

 

Emily has years of teaching experience and enjoys using dance to share her passion with her students and help them unlock their full potential through nourishing their talents as dancers, as well as their growth as people.

Shannon Kubes

Competitive & Recreational Instructor/Choreographer

Shannons passion for dance and performing spans 30 years.

Competing since she was 5, she is extensively trained in ballet and pointe (BATD, RAD -Advanced 2), jazz (BATD, CDTA), tap (BATD), lyrical, modern, musical theatre, highland (BATD) and pole/aerial arts.

She has won dozens of scholarships training with top dance professionals, the privilege of performing for the Prince of Monaco, in many theatrical productions and in TV/film (Disney, CityTV/Fashion Television).

 

She is one of two certified instructors in Canada with BalletBeFit (Royal Ballet) and is currently completing her full certification through Acrobatic Arts.

 

Shannon prides herself on age appropriate music and choreography, her competitive numbers have won many overalls and special awards.

 

She has also been the volunteer coach for DSBN dance teams since 2015.  She adores spreading the joy of dance to children who may not have the opportunity to take a class in a studio.

 

Outside of the dance world she is a proud wife and Mom of two kids, Charlotte & Noah.

 

Shannon is thrilled to be a part of the Dancesations dance family and is looking forward to bringing her positive, upbeat energy to the studio!

Maddison Fletcher
Recreational Instructor

Maddison has danced competitively for over 10 years with Stars on Stage Dance and Performing arts where she found her passion for performing. Maddison has trained in Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre and Ballet (RAD) bringing home many overalls and special awards with her solos and group performances. 

 

Throughout her years of competing, Maddison has attended many workshops including when she traveled to New York where she learned from professional dancers and choreographers. 

 

In the summer of 2018 Maddison participated in Dance the World in Walt Disney World Resort performing in a parade though Magic Kingdom and at the World ShowPlace in Epcot. She then performed many different roles in Hamilton’s annual Nutcracker with Hamilton Academy of Performing Arts. Maddison was also a part of an International Dance Mentorship program run by Reet Roy training from professional dancers all around the world in many different styles of hip hop. 

 

Maddison is currently attending Brock University for Dramatic Arts where she continues to dance and teach with Brock Dance. 

 

At the age of 15 Maddison started helping with dance classes at all levels and styles until she began teaching at the age of 18. Maddison absolutely loves sharing her passion for dance and watching her students grow and learn.

Lindsay Campanga
Competitive Choreographer

As one of the most sought after Contemporary choreographers in Southern Ontario Lindsay Campagna continually inspires her students, astounds audiences and wins awards for her impressive visions.

Lindsay’s passion for movement is evident in all she choreographs and her dedication to teaching is evident in the care taken in every one of her classes.  

Dancing most of her life Lindsay has had extensive training in all areas of Performing Arts receiving Honors in several Examinations in Ballet, through the Royal Academy of Dance as well as in C.D.T.A Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Vocal and Hip Hop.

 

Lindsay’s strong theatre background includes lead performance roles in Bye Bye Birdie, West Side Story, Oklahoma, and Fiddler on the Roof. Television credits include cast member in the first season of the vocal hit show Pop Stars. In Bravos’ film The Vampire Lindsay was a principal dancer of this Edmonton International Film Festival nominee. She has worked in all areas of stage from theatre groups to hair and make-up technician and director of both stage and dance productions including Choreographic Works and The Nutcracker.

 

Upon obtaining Teaching Certificates as Full Members in both Canadian Dance Teachers Association (C.D.T.A) and P.A.E.C (Performing Arts Educators of Canada), Lindsay was invited to write the medal-testing syllabus, which is now used and tested by all P.A.E.C. members in Ontario. Lindsay is currently working on completing her Royal Academy of Dance Teaching Examination.

 

Time permitting, Lindsay continues to attend teaching seminars and workshops from coast to coast, take Master classes in Toronto and to teach as an Artist in the Classroom.In addition to her dance and stage credits, Lindsay has an impressive background in health and fitness training through Can-fit Pro.

 

Lindsay is a great asset to the Dancesations Family and we love seeing where Lindsay will take our imagination next.....
